These terms cover the use of d3cinema.com. They are not your booking contract — that is a separate agreement we send you, and it wins wherever the two differ.
✦Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
✦Nothing on this site is a quote, a contract or a held date. A date is yours when you have signed an agreement and paid the deposit.
✦Prices and packages shown are starting points and can change until they’re in your agreement.
✦Your film stays our copyright; you get the right to watch it, keep it and share it forever.
“We” and “us” mean D3 Cinema, a wedding film company in Pembroke, North Carolina. “You” means anyone who visits d3cinema.com or sends us an enquiry through it. Using the site means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
It describes our work and lets you start a conversation. The pages are for general information, they change without notice, and we can’t promise every detail is current — example films, availability and package contents all move.
Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a binding price.
When you send us a date we check it against our calendar and reply. A reply that your date is open means exactly that, on the day we sent it — it is not a hold and it is not a reservation.
Your date is only yours once you have signed a service agreement and your deposit has cleared. Until then someone else can book it, and sometimes does.
Our forms have two boxes. Ticking the first, which is required, means you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The second box is for text messages only and is optional: ticking it means you agree to receive text messages from D3 Cinema at the number you gave, about your inquiry, wedding date availability, booking updates, appointment reminders and occasional offers. Agreeing to texts is not required to submit a form or to book. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them or HELP for help. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older to opt in. By giving us your mobile number and ticking the text message box, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the number is yours. If you are under 18, please don’t opt in — ask whoever is helping you plan to contact us instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile networks deliver these messages, and neither they nor we can guarantee that every message arrives, arrives intact, or arrives on time. Don’t rely on a text as the only way you’ll hear from us about something that matters — if a reply hasn’t reached you, call or email and we’ll sort it out.
Package prices on this site are starting points for a typical North Carolina wedding and can change at any time until they are written into your agreement. Travel beyond our usual range, unusual hours and additional coverage are quoted separately.
Deposits, balances, cancellation, postponement and what happens if either side can’t go ahead are all governed by the service agreement you sign — not by this page. Read it before you sign it, and ask us about anything in it.
We own the copyright in everything we film, edit and deliver, including the footage we don’t use. You get a perpetual, worldwide licence to watch, keep, copy and share your film for personal purposes — post it anywhere you like, forever.
Commercial use of your film by anyone else — a venue, a planner, a brand — needs our written permission. Music in your film is licensed for that film; the licence doesn’t travel to other uses.
The text, photographs, films and design on this site are ours too. Please don’t copy them for your own business.
The films, reviews and numbers on this site are real and are shown with permission. They describe what those weddings were like, not what yours will be — no two weddings, venues or days of weather are the same.
Please don’t attack the site, scrape it, send automated submissions through our forms, submit someone else’s contact details as your own, or use anything here to break the law. We may block anyone who does.
Where we link out — a venue, a review, a booking tool — we don’t control that site and aren’t responsible for it. Its terms and privacy policy apply once you are there.
The site is provided as it is. We don’t warrant that it will always be available, error-free or free of anything harmful, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss caused by using it — including anything that reaches your device from it or from a site we link to.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for our actual filmmaking work. That sits in your service agreement, where it belongs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about the site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in North Carolina.
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Email [email protected] or call (301) 875-8260. We’re two people, so it’s one of us who reads it.
